Vimbodí i Poblet Black Truffle Fair
We created the Black Truffle Fair in 2017, in Vilanova de Prades, together with the truffle dog competition. Today the fair is held every January in Vimbodí i Poblet, with Dídac Espasa as director.
A market of fresh truffles and local produce, cooking demonstrations and the truffle dog competition: a must of the season.
TrufForum Vic
TrufForum is the international truffle forum: science, industry and promotion. Tòfona de la Conca and Tuber Gourmet are co-founders and driving forces behind the Vic edition, alongside the CTFC and with Dr. Daniel Oliach as director.
