Without our dogs, our work would be impossible. They are part of the family, and for them hunting truffles is a game.
Trained through play
We train our dogs from puppies through the game of search and reward. That way they link the truffle’s aroma with fun, work eagerly and can keep going for hours without tiring.
We look after them, spoil them and train them every day. Our dogs are not for sale.
Guided harvesting for truffle orchards
If you own a truffle orchard but don’t have dogs or the time to harvest the whole crop, we offer a truffle harvesting service with our dogs, always accompanied by a Tòfona de la Conca handler.
We can also advise you on how to start training your own dog to find truffles.
Truffle dog competition
Every January, at the Vimbodí i Poblet Black Truffle Fair, the truffle dog competition takes place: a celebration for the dogs and their handlers.
